RightFax Compatibility & Support Matrix (Versions 9.3–23.4)

This article outlines software compatibility for all major supported versions of RightFax, from version 9.3 through 23.4. It includes OpenText modules, third-party integrations, and virtualization platforms tested or known to work with RightFax.

Supported RightFax Versions:
RightFax 9.3, 9.4, 10.0, 10.5, 10.6, 16 EP2, 16 EP4, 16 EP6, 16.2, 16.4, 16.6, 20.2, 21.2 CE, 22.2 CE, and 23.4 CE.

Note: This matrix assumes the latest Service Packs, Feature Packs, and Hotfixes have been applied. Compatibility with third-party updates (such as Windows patches or Office hotfixes) is not guaranteed. Always test in a non-production environment before deploying updates.

Supported from RightFax 10.0 and newer
